1. Educational Tool Only & Content Ownership
Cramble provides a technical tool for creating personalized language lessons.
No Ownership Claims: We do not claim any ownership rights over the content you create, upload, or process through the App (including photos of textbooks, extracted text, or translated vocabulary). All rights to your materials remain with you or the original rightsholder.
Service Nature: We do not provide, host, or distribute any educational content or textbooks. Cramble acts solely as a processor to help you organize your own study materials.
2. User Responsibility & Copyright
Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any content (images, text, or audio) you process through the App.
Warranties: You represent and warrant that you either own the copyright to the materials used or are using them under "Fair Use" (or similar local legal provisions) for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
Third-Party Rights: Sharing lessons created from copyrighted materials without explicit permission from the rightsholder may be a violation of law. You assume all legal and financial risks associated with such sharing.
3. Limitation of Liability Axioma and its developers shall not be liable for any copyright infringements committed by users. We do not monitor user content as it is stored locally on your device.
4. Indemnification By using the App, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Axioma from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your breach of these terms or infringement of third-party rights.
